Outlets, Switches, Fixtures And Fans
The electrical list in every house. A dead outlet, a switch that crackles, a light fixture you bought months ago and never hung, a ceiling fan that wobbles, a dimmer that buzzes, a doorbell that stopped ringing.
Replacing devices and fixtures on existing circuits is handyman work: outlets, switches, dimmers, fixtures, fans and doorbells swapped out clean, with the box, straps and trim finished so nothing looks like an afterthought. Same $45 an hour, two hour minimum.
New circuits, panel work, anything that needs a permit or an inspection goes to a licensed electrician, and on remodels we coordinate that trade for you.
How the job goes
- Measure the real house
Nothing is square. We measure what is there, not what the plans say. - Build to fit

Caulked, sanded and ready for paint, with the room put back and the dust gone.
